If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines how you can return or exchange items, and what steps you should take to ensure a smooth process. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item for a refund or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
- Timeline for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including any packaging and tags).
- Non-Returnable Items: Some products are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized artwork.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@snugtoppin.com or call us at 574-647-9669. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, defective, etc.).
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA number) and specific instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping. The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in a resellable state.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for orders within the United States. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved. For international orders, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Send the Return: Once you have your return label, send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Make sure to retain a proof of shipping in case the return is lost in transit.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be charged for returned items that are not in new, resellable condition. We will inform you of any restocking fees before processing the return.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes items can get damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately: Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at info@snugtoppin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
Replacement or Refund: We will either send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit or refund and allow you to place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and you may need to pay any difference in price for the new item.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
7. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Custom or Personalized Items: Custom artwork or any items that have been personalized are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
