1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and product availability.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic Orders):
    For U.S. orders, delivery is typically 5-7 business days from the date your order is shipped. The exact delivery time depends on the destination.

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic Orders):
    If you need your artwork sooner, we offer expedited shipping for 2-3 business day delivery within the U.S. An additional fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • Overnight Shipping (Domestic Orders):
    For urgent deliveries, we offer overnight shipping (next business day delivery) for an additional fee. This option is available for U.S. addresses only.

  • International Shipping:
    We ship to a select number of countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that customs processing may delay the shipment, and customs duties may apply.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the items purchased, and the delivery destination. The total shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping (Domestic Orders):
    We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. The free shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package size/weight. You will be informed of the shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Order Processing and Handling

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email.
  • In cases of high demand or limited availability, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if there is any delay in processing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we are only able to ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your artwork as promptly as possible, please note that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Snugtoppin Art Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or any external circumstances.

If you experience a delay in receiving your order, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@snugtoppin.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • In cases of damaged items, we may ask you to send photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for our records. We may then arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your artwork is lost or goes missing during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and ensure that it is resolved promptly.

8. Incorrect or Missing Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize that you have made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately at info@snugtoppin.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the order, minus the shipping fees. If you want us to reship the artwork to the corrected address, additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the artwork or shipping fees. The recipient is responsible for these fees, and they will need to be paid to the customs office upon arrival of the package.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order. However, if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will try to accommodate your request.
